We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.
Expedited Shipping
For those special moments that cannot wait, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Deliveries via overnight or 2-day shipping will require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your high-value items.
International Shipping
Moissenza ships globally. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries.

The 30-Day Promise
You may return or exchange your Moissenza piece within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and in pristine condition.
- Accompanied by the original Moissenza packaging and certification.
- Free of any scratches, alterations, or resizing.
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bespoke or custom-designed pieces.
- Engraved jewelry.
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Concierge team via our WhatsApp channel or email us directly. We will provide you with a secure, prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to safely package your item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
